Managing Your Subscriptions

Your SiteForge Account allows you to view, modify, or cancel any active subscription — including hosting, domains, and email services.

How to Manage Subscriptions​

  1. Log in to your SiteForge Account Dashboard.
  2. Go to My Services.
  3. Choose the service you want to manage.
  4. From the menu, you can:
    • Upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan
    • Change billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.)
    • Suspend or cancel a service
    • Renew manually if needed

Payment Settings​

You can update your saved payment methods under Billing → Payment Options.
Accepted payment types include credit/debit cards and online payment gateways.

Renewal Reminders​

You’ll receive automatic renewal notifications before each service expires.
Keep your payment method up to date to prevent any interruption in service.
